Notice for SoonerSelect Patients
SoonerSelect is the same as SoonerCare except a private organization will be managing your plan instead of the state. Oklahoma Arthritis Center, Oklahoma Family Wellness, and Oklahoma Neurology Center will accept Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma, and Oklahoma Complete Health. We have chosen to not participate in Humana Healthy Horizons at this time.
If you have selected a plan with Humana, you will have the ability to change your selection for 90 days after the date you enrolled. If you would prefer not to change your selection, we will work with you to find a provider to suit your needs.

At this time, our providers are not currently showing up in the provider directories for Aetna or Oklahoma Complete. We are aware of this issue and are working with both agencies to address this. We assure you that we are in network with these plans.
